Free Shipping Questions
- Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
- Please allow 1 - 2 days for handling.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping, with the majority of orders arriving within 2 weeks (not including handling time).
- On average, International shipping is 12-18 business days.
- For orders to South Africa please allow up to 30 business days.
- Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume.
- If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains.
We do offer expedited for $35 AUD for select items.
Please contact us to determine whether your item is eligible for expedited shipping.
Tracking Questions

- Please allow 5-7 days for your tracking to show in the courier's tracking system.
